In this project, we developed a racing car seat that seamlessly combines cutting-edge aesthetics with top-tier performance. Leveraging our extensive expertise in industrial design, 3D scanning, 3D modeling, research and development, prototyping, and composite manufacturing, we crafted a seat that meets the rigorous demands of high-performance racing while exuding luxury.
The final product is a highly capable and ergonomically advanced racing seat, designed to enhance both the driving experience and the interior appeal of luxury vehicles. To achieve this, the seat was constructed using forged carbon fiber and the resin infusion method, ensuring optimal strength and durability. Both the mold and the composite product were developed and manufactured entirely in-house, allowing for precise quality control and a superior end result. Our approach ensured that the seat not only performs exceptionally well on the track but also holds its place as a premium component in high-end automotive markets.
