This project involved the development and prototype production of a custom-designed product, where I played a role in both the design and fabrication processes. My primary responsibility was to contribute to development and create 3D models, which served as the foundation for the entire production workflow.
During the development phase, I utilized advanced 3D modeling software to design precise models of each component of the product. These models were then used to CNC machine the wooden elements with high accuracy, ensuring each piece was crafted to exact specifications. Additionally, I prepared 3D printable models for the plastic components, which were produced using SLS 3D printing technology.
Through this process, we successfully transformed the digital designs into tangible prototypes, ready for testing and further refinement. My involvement ensured that the transition from concept to physical product was seamless, with a strong focus on quality and precision in every stage of production.
